Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 12pm – 9pm, Friday 10:30am – 7:30pm
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50–70 pounds 5–10% of the workday, stand, walk, and lift for several hours. Position may be physically demanding.
Responsibilities
Manage inventory and SOX documentation at the assigned facility, including purchasing, receiving, tracking and reconciliation of inventory.
Select product and supplies under supervision, manage return goods per SOP, monitor product trends and shortages.
Ensure pharmacy pick stations are stocked with medication and supplies; place approved orders for shipping supplies.
Assist in maintaining dispensing and back‑stock refrigerators in an organized manner.
Provide Packing supplies to Operations Assistants and keep pack stations stocked.
Assist Inventory CDR with receiving, posting, put‑away, cycle counting functions and monitor short‑dated or expired products.
Perform packing, shipping, cleaning duties of an Operations Assistant as needed.
Fill prescription orders accurately using in‑house system and EYECON counters; scan and label medication orders; review special instructions.
Replenish stock and maintain pill‑counting equipment; adhere to Pharmacy Tech protocol and sign off guidelines annually.
Communicate clearly, be detail oriented, apply mathematical concepts to inventory functions.
Qualifications
Must possess a current, active CA Pharmacy Tech License and provide a screenshot with resume.
High reliability, professionalism, problem solving, and team orientation.
Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills.
Basic typing/data entry skills.
Ability to learn and utilize computer applications to record data accurately.
Follow standard operating procedures and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Physical ability to lift 50–70 lbs and stand/work for several hours.
Experience
At least 1 year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing, and/or inventory environment.
At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician in retail, hospital, or specialty setting.
Alternatively, 3 months experience in each of the above areas is acceptable for consideration.
Education Requirement:
Verifiable High School diploma or GED.
Safety Position is safety sensitive.
