About the Role We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager with a background in interior design, industrial design, or civil engineering — and proven experience in the hospitality industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages complex timelines, and communicates clearly with designers, vendors, factories, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage hospitality FF&E / casegoods / seating projects from quote through installation

Coordinate communication between design teams, procurement, factory, installers, and clients

Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and constructability

Track schedules, production milestones, approvals, logistics, and deliveries

Identify issues early and propose solutions before they become delays

Prepare meeting notes, project reports, and status updates

Support sample submittals, finish approvals, and model room coordination

Maintain highly organized digital project files and documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Civil Engineering, business or related field

3–7+ years of project management experience — ideally in hospitality (hotel, resort, multi-unit)

Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing, finishes, and construction details

Able to read drawings and specifications (AutoCAD / Revit familiarity is a plus)

Excellent communication skills with clients and vendors

Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated

Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills

Comfortable managing multiple deadlines at once

Nice to Have

Experience working with overseas factories (China / Vietnam, etc.)

Knowledge of logistics, shipping, or installation coordination

Experience with shop drawings and prototypes
