Job Summary:

Missouri Western Baseball is seeking individuals to assist with the Baseball Program for the 2025-26 season. The role involves supporting practices and games. This position is for the Spring semester 2026.

Essential Duties

The organization and management of supplies & equipment for the MoWest baseball program

Field work and maintenance at the sports complex

Maintenance of gear and items in the baseball team locker room

Required Qualifications

Must qualify for Federal Work Study

Current MoWest student

Degree seeking

Must maintain a 2.0 GPA

Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours

Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a player or manager for a baseball team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Dependable

Good communicator

Have an understanding of baseball

Physical Demands Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects. Additional demands include work at the following locations: GISC, Spratt Stadium, Looney, Spring Sports Complex.

Hours of Work

Anticipate 10 hours per week
