As a Business Analyst/ERP Administrator, you will be responsible for bridging business operations and technology, ensuring our ERP system supports efficient production, supply chain, and financial processes. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, configure and maintain ERP modules, and drive process improvements across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
ERP Administration
Manage, configure, and maintain ERP system modules (manufacturing, inventory, finance, HR, etc.).
Ensure system integrity, security, and performance.
Coordinate ERP upgrades, patches, and integrations with other applications.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions, ensuring compliance with security requirements and company policies.
Business Analysis
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate operational needs into ERP solutions and workflows.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Data & Reporting
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and custom reports to support decision‑making.
Maintain data accuracy and consistency across ERP modules.
Provide insights into production, supply chain, and financial performance.
Training & Support
Provide end‑user training and ongoing support for ERP functionality.
Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors or IT teams.
Create user guides and documentation for ERP processes.
Project Management
Lead ERP‑related projects, including new module implementations and system enhancements.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (production, finance, supply chain, HR).
Ensure projects are delivered on‑time and within scope.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience administering IFS ERP systems or similar enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and system integration.
Experience with database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and scripting is preferred.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with technical and non‑technical staff.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and security.
At least 7 years of ERP administration experience, preferably IFS.
IFS certification or formal training preferred.
Experience with ERP migrations, system integrations, or digital transformation projects is ideal.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and change management processes.
Familiarity with reporting tools and business intelligence platforms.
