Inventory Control Analyst
– Bay Insulation Systems
Location: Green Bay, WI
Job Overview The Inventory Control Analyst will work independently and as part of a team to support purchasing and production efforts across multiple divisions. The role focuses on optimizing inventory turns, improving inventory accuracy, and reducing aged or obsolete inventory.
Responsibilities
Approve purchase orders
Create part numbers, routes, and bills of material in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Manage item master and bill of material tables
Plan, coordinate, and analyze physical inventories
Prepare monthly reports
Maintain vendor pricing records
Utilize and train on material requirements planning and production concepts
Develop and maintain product configurator software
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (preferred)
Advanced Excel experience
ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Solid problem‑solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
