Delivery Coordinator – Guardian Pharmacy Location: Indianapolis, Indiana, United States of America.

Join our rapidly growing Radiopharmacy team in Indianapolis. As a Delivery Coordinator, you will support the efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of—specifically radiopharmaceuticals—to hospitals and clinics, ensuring customer service standards are met for facilities and patients.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 am – 11:30 am.

Key Responsibilities

Perform first‑run dispatch duties for time‑sensitive radiopharmaceuticals, including capping/wrapping unit dose containers and closing delivery cases per Department of Transportation requirements.

Assist Pharmacist in Charge as directed.

Conduct product quality control and other opening support duties.

Dispatch deliveries accurately and on time, providing clear direction to delivery personnel.

Deliver time‑sensitive radiopharmaceuticals to hospitals and clinics.

Perform waste room duties such as disposing waste, cleaning unit dose containers, and related tasks.

Package, survey, and prepare packages for delivery.

Maintain accurate data and records.

Perform required calculations.

Carry out various housekeeping and maintenance duties on equipment, facilities, and vehicles as requested by management or supervisor.

Education & Certifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Valid driver’s license.

Pharmacy technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements); preferred or willingness to obtain.

Work Environment

Requires travel by ground.
