Responsibilities
Take notes regarding the customer’s concerns
Quote and sell estimates
Update customers as needed
Communicate with technicians
Create Repair Orders based on customer requests and approvals
Qualifications
Dependable, team player with outgoing, friendly disposition
Maintain neat and clean appearance
Work well independently and in a fast‑paced team environment
Multi‑task and de‑escalate upset customers
Communicate professionally, representing McCluskey Automotive positively
Exceptional attention to detail with impeccable time‑management skills and passion for customer service
