Marketing Prequalification Specialist Hybrid location: Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro, Nashville, Columbia, Atlanta, Huntsville, Columbus, or Cincinnati.

What You Will Do:

Create, update, and maintain our business profiles and qualification packages for various client prequalifications.

Ensure all required documents, forms, certifications, and information are current and accurately reflect our company’s capabilities and compliance (including SF330, SF254, SAM.gov, firm licenses, and certifications). Collaborate with the marketing team to keep personnel and project information organized.

Monitor changes in client prequalification requirements and S&ME personnel, ensuring submissions meet standards.

Work closely with internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation for prequalification submissions; assist with proposal development and close‑out.

Generate regular reports on the status of prequalification submissions, analyze opportunities and project fees/budgets, and propose improvements to the overall process.

Audit company‑wide marketing data, including MBE vendors, ESG development, employee licenses, and certification audits.

Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and resolve issues related to prequalification submissions.

Who We're Looking For: Detail‑oriented and proactive, ensuring all necessary documentation is current, accurate, and compliant with client requirements.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in marketing, procurement, or a related field, with a focus on client prequalification processes. AEC industry experience preferred.

Experience with specific client prequalification platforms, a plus.

Experience with CRM and SharePoint systems, a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Resourceful and adaptable, thriving where solutions aren’t immediately obvious.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement platforms.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.

Willingness to accommodate occasional travel for client meetings or industry events.
