Essential Functions & Requirements

Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.

Management of 10‑day operations including moving, loading, and off‑loading of trucks.

Management of both inbound and outbound trailers at the 10‑day facility.

Schedules, plans and directs employees in their assigned tasks. Coordinates the processing of inbound and stored materials.

Maintains an inventory of supplies and loads them onto outbound trucks for customer pick‑ups.

Builds loads around the NPS route system.

Ensures proper placarding and labeling of all containers and trucks at the 10‑day facility.

Performs daily inspections as well as maintenance and distribution of the 10‑day tracking log.

Ensures compliance at the 10‑day facility.

Ensures all employees work in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.

Supports Field Services with waste stream approvals and schedules IM projects with disposal.

Participates in hiring, performance evaluations, counseling and termination of plant employees; reviews and submits timesheets; approves and tracks vacation/personal time for 10‑day personnel.

Responsible for facility maintenance, directing employees for specific maintenance assignments and coordinating with outside contractors as necessary.

Obtains Purchase Orders for ordering.

Prepares shipping documents for customers.

Education

High School Diploma or its equivalent required.

Experience

2–3 years environmental experience required.

Competencies

40 Hazwoper Training completion required.

Regular and predictable attendance to perform the functions and requirements of this role.
