Backroom Team Associate – Walmart
Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $28.00/hr.
Employment Type: Part‑time.
Location: Walmart Supercenter #159, 415 CONLEY RD, COLUMBIA, MO 65201, US.
Additional compensation may include performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, or specific work performed.
Job Overview Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom.
Responsibilities
Unloading trucks and loading items onto shelving.
Moving and stocking new freight, including items that may exceed 50 pounds.
Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts, if required.
Maintaining an organized backroom inventory and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
Assisting with inventory counts and reporting missing or damaged items.
Qualifications
Ability to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds.
Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain.
Reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
