We are seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to join our Digital organization. This role is pivotal in accelerating growth and delivering a unified, world‑class customer experience by owning a product area aligned to the OTR business segment.

You will spearhead the creation of an innovative, mobile‑first solution tailored to provide a comprehensive end‑to‑end experience for transportation professionals. You will act as a trusted influencer and emerging strategic leader, setting clear priorities and direction with a relentless focus on customer experience.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Strategic Product Leadership

– Own strategic initiatives aligned to a major product area or core capability, shaping the product strategy across a portfolio of products.

Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, identifying market trends and new opportunities to create value in line with WEX’s corporate strategy.

Clearly communicate strategy and vision to stakeholders, articulating how features interface with the overall product vision.

Own the product end‑to‑end by developing business models, defining and analyzing success metrics, and managing strategic projects.

Manage a strategic roadmap with a laser focus on demonstrable business and customer outcomes.

Deeply understand our customers’ needs through empathy and data.

Use qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decisions, define experiments, and prioritize the roadmap.

Lead 1-2 scrum teams to align on mission and iteratively deliver great results.

Partner with senior engineers to solve customer problems.

Act as a Trusted Partner, appreciating different points of view and sharing information clearly and transparently.

Cross‑collaborate with other PMs, Analytics, Engineering and UX on product research to come up with better and disruptive solutions.

Present effectively to high‑level stakeholders, set clear priorities, and begin to build bridges across groups.

Demonstrate a learning mindset to consistently improve your craft and bring external best practices to the team.

Experience You'll Bring

8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an innovative, data‑driven environment.

Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree is a plus.

Experience in building self‑service products from scratch, specifically for data definition, SDKs, and APIs from software developers.

Proven ability to nurture various initiatives in parallel, in different stages of maturity and velocity.

Experience in developing, launching, and supporting mobile‑first products and services targeting transportation professionals.

Strong ability to think through unifying elements and common denominators; dream up user workflows and interfaces.

Familiarity with big data frameworks.

Data‑driven approach for everything you do, including customer understanding, roadmap prioritization, and measuring success.

Base pay range: $113,000.00 - $150,000.00. Additional compensation may include bonuses based on role and performance.
