KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Business Systems Analyst to join our Strategic Souring, Procurement and Third-Party Risk Technologies Team.

Responsibilities

Responsible for driving continuous improvement, enhancing user experience, and ensuring the successful adoption and optimization of our systems to improve processes, controls, speed, and agility

Serve as a business-side subject matter expert for the ServiceNow Source‑to‑Pay product, fielding general questions and facilitating issue resolution with IT

Identify and analyze opportunities for continuous process improvement and work with our IT organization to assess and implement new system functionalities and enhancements

Coordinate with necessary teams to establish pathways to gather voice of the customer feedback (such as requestor and fulfiller focus groups/change champion network) driving enhancements to the overall user experience

Manage and coordinate business-side User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for system changes, fixes, and new releases

Work with necessary teams to ensure change management is incorporated into any releases/changes that impact on the user experience, including communications and training, to ensure end-users are aware, prepared for, and able to adopt system changes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support project management activities, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of initiatives and contribute and help with special initiatives/projects, as needed

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications

Minimum three years of recent experience in a business systems analyst, process improvement, or a similar role supporting enterprise applications, consulting experience is preferred

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college/university in business, information systems, or a related discipline is required

Experience with source-to-pay processes (sourcing, contracting, procurement, vendor management) and related systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office required, direct experience with ServiceNow is preferred

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems, identify improvement opportunities, and develop fact-based recommendations from a business owner’s perspective

Proven ability to manage change, coordinate testing efforts, and a strong understanding of how technology can be wielded to improve business processes and controls

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical IT teams
