What You'll Do
Analyze industry trends, total addressable market (TAM), competitive landscape, and client workflows to inform business priorities.
Develop deep understanding of the Wealth Management segment, including market context, challenges, client workflows, value drivers, regulatory landscape, and build‑vs‑buy decisions.
Engage regularly with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities, and workflows.
Recommend strategic themes and portfolio priorities, including plans to differentiate the offering, achieve revenue goals, and identify products or features to build, buy, or partner.
Serve as a subject‑matter expert and thought partner for Product Managers, Engineers, and Sales.
Present FactSet’s Wealth Strategy to clients and partners during key sales processes.
Influence and collaborate across the organization to ensure successful strategy execution.
Provide input to business leaders on acquisition, partnership, or build decisions to address portfolio gaps.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in a wealth management firm or in product strategy/development within a financial software organization.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
In‑depth knowledge of Wealth Management roles and workflows, especially Home/CIO Office, Advisors, and Investors.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and influence without direct authority.
Structured and data‑driven problem‑solver.
Proven track record of deriving insights and synthesizing trends from diverse data sources.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to travel.

Salary Range The budgeted salary range for this position in Connecticut and New York is $160,000 – $225,000.
