General Job Duties For All Store Team Members
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery to storage and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Training Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
Communication Skills
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers over the phone and in‑person.
Essential Functions/Skills
Perform accurate calculations (calculator allowed).
Provide correct monetary change.
Use verbal, written, phone skills for orders and quick hand‑eye coordination.
Enter orders using keyboard or touchscreen.
Work Conditions EXPOSURE TO
Adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures 36‑90+ degrees.
Sudden temperature changes inside and outside.
Food odors.
Cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters, walk‑in cooler.
Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees.
Sharp edges and moving parts.
SENSING
Talk and hear on phone; near/mid‑range vision needed.
Depth perception.
Differential sensation between hot and cold surfaces.
TEMPERAMENTS Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments.

Additional Information PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Standing Tasks performed standing; walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum. Work surfaces 36‑44 inches.
Walking Short distances for short durations.
Sitting Paperwork at a desk or table in the office.
Lifting
Lift bulk deliveries twice a week using hand truck.
Cases weigh up to 50 lbs, 3' × 1.5' dimensions.
Stack cases to shelves up to 72 inches high.
Carrying
Carry large cans (~3.4 lbs) to storage shelves.
Carry 30‑lb pizza sauce to store front occasionally.
Carry trays of dough (3 at a time) ~12 lbs each.
Pushing
Push trays on dollies.
Stacks on dolly 24‑30 inches, 7.5 lbs push force.
Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing Climb stairs or ladder to change prices, wash walls, perform maintenance.
Stooping/Bending Forward bending at waist at assembly station; limited knee flexion. Holds 30‑45 seconds, repeated. Forward bending also at counter and stocking.
Crouching/Squatting Occasionally stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching
Reach continuously up, down, forward.
Reach above 72 inches to control oven, change signs, lift objects.
Reach down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes.
Reach forward to obtain toppings, clean, or answer phones.
Hand Tasks Eye‑hand coordination is essential; use hands continuously. Dough shaping requires forearm and wrist strength. Use pizza peel to remove pizza or as rolling cutter. Pinching required for cardboard box assembly. Grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, peel, and boxes.
