Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, PLCs, and robotics. You will ensure manufacturing equipment operates at peak performance through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
This is a night-shift role, Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM. The position offers competitive pay, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to contribute to high-quality production in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions using root‑cause analysis.
Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs.
Troubleshoot and maintain FANUC Robotics systems.
Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and circuit breakers.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
Participate in safety programs and follow all safety regulations and guidelines.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Required Skills / Education
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and control panels.
Experience with mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and tooling.
Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining Allen Bradley PLCs and FANUC Robotics.
Skilled in diagnosing and repairing manufacturing equipment.
Basic computer skills for record‑keeping and maintenance software.
Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
