Base Pay Range:

$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Project Planning: Lead and oversee glazing projects from inception to completion. Develop comprehensive plans, budgets, and timelines, considering manpower, materials, equipment, and safety.

Client Communication: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Provide progress updates and manage expectations.

Resource Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure availability of necessary resources—skilled labor, materials, equipment—to meet project requirements on time and within budget.

Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control processes to guarantee a high standard of workmanship and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project expenses, analyze cost reports, and identify cost‑saving opportunities to avoid overruns.

Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe completion without interruptions.

Schedule Management: Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and keep projects on schedule.

Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring all team members and contractors follow safety protocols.

Documentation: Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and relevant correspondence.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of project management experience in the glazing industry.

Strong technical knowledge of glazing systems, façade installation, and related construction methodologies.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, motivating and coordinating teams effectively.

Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.

Effective communication skills with clients, teammates, and stakeholders.

Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
