Associate, Securitized Products, Trade Desk Support Join BMO U.S. as an Associate in the Securitized Products Trade Desk Support team. We’re looking for an experienced trade support professional to help manage the trading of securitized products and their hedges from post‑execution through settlement, including trade booking, reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Support the trading of securitized products (ABS, CLO, CMO, CMBS, Project Loans, RMBS, SBA Loans, TBAs) and associated hedges (futures, swaps, options).

Execute trade booking from post‑execution and ensure accurate settlement.

Perform reconciliations and provide regular and ad‑hoc reporting.

Resolve trade issues efficiently in accordance with bank and industry standards.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address standard and non‑standard inquiries.

Assist with vendor management and the implementation of vendor solutions.

Analyse data to provide insights, recommendations, and support continuous improvement of processes.

Adhere to documented policies, procedures, and SLAs while maintaining operational integrity.

Qualifications

Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience in trade support, preferably in securitized products.

Post‑secondary degree in finance, economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience with Bloomberg TOMS and ICI Impact is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and multi‑tasking skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer service orientation and the ability to collaborate within a team.

Knowledge of securitized products and related risk and regulatory requirements is an asset.

Salary $63,300.00 – $117,200.00 (Salaried). Salary may vary by location, experience, and qualifications and may include a commission structure or performance incentives.
