Lead a high‑performing analytics team to deliver data‑driven insights and scalable solutions for AMXL operations.

Oversee the development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and process automation tools to enhance customer experience, reduce concessions, and improve operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize business needs, develop long‑term strategies, and drive key initiatives such as Long Term Planning automation, CX improvements, and IoT program optimization.

Foster team growth through skill development, mentorship, and cross‑functional collaboration while maintaining the highest standards of data quality and stakeholder alignment.

Domestic travel up to 15% may be required to perform role responsibilities.

(40 hours / week, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Salary Range $154,440 – $194,000 per year)

Basic Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management Science, Statistics, Engineering, Systems Engineering and Management, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in business intelligence/engineering, data engineering, or data mining.

2+ years of experience in business analysis or consulting.

2+ years of experience in statistics and using data to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analysis.

2+ years of experience in process improvement, including Six Sigma and/or Agile techniques.

2+ years of experience researching, analyzing and summarizing data into impactful business cases using SQL, Excel and Access.

The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $154,440 – $194,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign‑on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
