Tonawanda. Buffalo Biodiesel. Plant Foreman. $30 - $35/hour.
Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a full-time Plant Foreman to join our team!
As Plant Foreman, you will be responsible for material handling, liquid processing, waste treatment, and the management of 10-14 people directly reporting to you. You will oversee the efficient operation of all plant processes, ensure productivity targets are achieved, follow SOPs, and maintain plant safety standards. You will also complete scheduled reports on time and report variances to senior management.
Upon successful completion of the 90‑day probationary period, opportunities for salary increases are available.
Qualifications / Requirements
Mechanical aptitude for pumps, hoses, air compressors, tankers, and trucks.
Minimum 5 years of management experience.
Ability to drive company vehicles.
Reliable and accurate reporting skills.
A positive work ethic.
The willingness to work in a hot and greasy environment.
Proven work experience.
Shifts and Pay
1st Shift Monday to Friday 6:30 am – 4:00 pm, $30/hour starting pay.
2nd Shift Sunday to Thursday 4 pm – 1:30 am, $35/hour starting pay.
