Associate Director of Product Management , you will lead the development and delivery of cutting‑edge AI systems and data‑driven applications that drive optimization and efficiency. You’ll work on projects that include multi‑agent AI systems, dashboards, data platforms, and analytics tools—all designed to create measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
Shape the Vision: You will define product strategy and roadmap for AI and data solutions in partnership with the VP of Engineering.
Turn Ideas into Action: You will translate business challenges into clear product requirements for AI systems and web applications.
Drive Delivery: You will own the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment between business goals and engineering priorities.
Collaborate Across Teams: You will work closely with developers on API design, data models, dashboards, and user experience.
Grow Your Skills: You will develop hands‑on expertise with AI tools and coding assistants, supported by leadership.
Ensure Quality: You will participate in sprint planning, testing, and monitor post‑launch performance to deliver exceptional user experiences.
What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
5+ years in technical product management or similar roles.
Experience working with software development teams in Agile environments.
Familiarity with generative AI technologies, LLMs, or AI‑powered automation platforms.
Strong understanding of APIs, data modeling, and web application development.
Excellent communication skills—you can translate technical concepts into clear business language.
A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000–$110,400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
