The pay for this position starts at $17.00/hour + Tips + Bonus. At Five Guys, we serve outstanding burgers and fries in clean restaurants with a top-tier customer service approach.
Job Responsibilities : Shift managers are trained to perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing daily operations in the General Manager’s absence. They ensure compliance with company standards in product prep, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required.
