Plant Maintenance Technician (All Levels)
Seneca Foods Corporation is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician at our Mayville, WI factory. The role involves maintaining, repairing, and installing food processing equipment to support production goals.
Responsibilities
Inspect, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment throughout the facility.
Troubleshoot and replace machinery components as required.
Read sketches and blueprints to determine the layout of assigned work.
Design, fabricate, weld, and install equipment as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and preventive maintenance completed.
Monitor equipment operation and make necessary adjustments.
Ensure GMP, safety rules, and regulations are followed and enforced.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong maintenance skills or aptitude.
Team‑oriented work style.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
