The Role The Associate, Search & Social role is a great place to kick‑start your career in the ever‑changing world of digital advertising. This role at Canvas Worldwide will offer you the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Paid Search & Social via first‑hand experience advertising in partnership with a leading entertainment company. In this role you will learn media strategy, develop best practices for campaign setup, management, and reporting. While you will learn both, the emphasis of this role will be Paid Social. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and be exposed to the entire lifecycle of Theatrical and Home Entertainment media campaigns. As an Associate, you will begin to develop a working knowledge of the media space inclusive of platform, audience and media buying strategy.

Responsibilities

Support your team in developing campaign plans and strategies based on client briefs

Provide updates for deliverables & re‑prioritize tasks as needed

Maintain status sheets, development of meeting recaps, content calendars, etc.

Assist in thoroughly QAing campaigns ahead of launch

Monitor campaign pacing on a daily basis

Collaborate with team members to update bids and manage campaign optimizations

Prioritize day‑to‑day tasks across titles, phases and campaigns

Work with your immediate team to manage post‑campaign reconciliation and billing

Participate in team brainstorms to kick‑off plan and consideration set development

Conduct audience research to identify opportunities for new and existing campaigns

Assist in the creation and presentation of media specific documents such as media plans, platform innovations and wrap reports

Meet with vendors to stay on top of marketplace changes and begin to cultivate relationships within the industry

In collaboration with the Search & Social Specialist, pull reporting to inform media recommendations (platform, placement, creative, etc.)

Qualifications

Participate in team brainstorms to kick‑off plan and consideration set development

Assist in the creation and presentation of media specific documents such as media plans, platform innovations and wrap reports

Meet with vendors to stay on top of marketplace changes and begin to cultivate relationships within the industry

In collaboration with the Search & Social Specialist, pull reporting to inform media recommendations (platform, placement, creative, etc.)

Yearly Salary $50,000

Salary and Benefits Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a “Do Good Day,” and unlimited PTO.

In‑Office Work Schedule This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days in‑office per week.
