Shipping/Receiving Coordinator
to support manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution operations at the Lansing, MI facility.

Shifts Available
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution operations
What’s a typical day as a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator? You will:
Pull, sort, and ship retail, wholesale, and grower orders accurately and on time.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer and production schedules.
Operate carousel systems ( PickPro ) and handheld scanning devices.
Process packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping documentation.
Customize cartons and skids based on customer specifications.
Track, restock, and manage inventory using materials management systems.
Maintain stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.
Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper PPE use at all times.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
Experience with shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with warehouse systems, scanners, or WMS platforms.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
Good time management skills and ability to meet daily shipping deadlines.
A safety-first mindset and comfort working in an industrial setting.
