Full-Time & Contract opportunities available Job Summary As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst specializing in Special Education, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of behavior change programs for students with special needs. This position involves working collaboratively with educators, support staff, and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities: Develop and review Behavior Improvement Plans tailored to individual student needs. Provide individual behavior therapy sessions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Conduct assessments, including Functional Analysis, to inform intervention strategies. Deliver staff training on ABA concepts and behavior management techniques. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistency across environments. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary program adjustments. Conduct training for family members and school personnel to promote generalization of skills. Education & Licensure Credentialed as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst A master’s degree in the human service field. Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position following the school year calendar, Monday to Friday from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm. Extended School Year (ESY) coverage in June and part of July.
