Replicated is a Commercial Software Distribution Platform that helps software vendors distribute applications into self-hosted environments like VPC, on-prem, air gap, and more. Our tools facilitate installation, testing, licensing, and support, enabling scalable Kubernetes application distribution into enterprise environments.

We seek a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to our platform's development, implementing, testing, and deploying new features using technologies like Kubernetes, Helm, Go, and Typescript. You will work across the stack, engaging with a technical user base of developers, and participate in a culture that values learning, collaboration, and customer feedback.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with product teams to develop and refine features from conception to release.
  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions.
  • Mentoring peers and growing your skills within our team.
  • Engaging directly with customer feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Participating in support and on-call rotations.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Senior-level experience with Go and related tools.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with API development, cloud-native infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex challenges.

First 90 days expectations:

  • Learn about our products, team, and processes.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and participate in onboarding activities.
  • Take on leadership roles in team priorities and support rotations.

Benefits include:

  • Competitive salary range ($153,500 - $206,500 depending on level).
