We also offer a unique opportunity to be an equity Partner at Advantary, comprised of our consulting division, Advantary Services Group, and our venture capital division, Advantary Capital Partners, which works closely with high-potential companies. As a Venture Capital Analyst Partner, you will play a key role in conducting investment analysis, identifying trends, and influencing firm-wide investment decisions while participating in carried interest on successful investments.

What Youll Do

As a Venture Capital Analyst Partner , your role will focus on evaluating and structuring investment opportunities, conducting financial and market analysis, and supporting portfolio companies with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct rigorous financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on prospective investments.
• Identify and assess high-growth sectors and startup opportunities using data-driven research.
• Develop investment theses, monitor industry trends, and provide insights that influence firm investment strategy.
• Support deal execution, structuring investment terms, and negotiating transactions.
• Cultivate relationships with founders, CEOs, and industry leaders to source deal flow and investment opportunities.
• Work closely with portfolio companies to analyze financial performance, key metrics, and scaling strategies.
• Represent Advantary at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen our investment pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align investment strategies with Advantarys consulting and advisory services.

What Were Looking For

• At least 5+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, including expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market research.
• Deep understanding of startup ecosystems, investment strategies, and fundraising dynamics.
• Experience supporting deal execution and structuring investment transactions.
• A strong network within the startup and investor ecosystem is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, business growth, and working closely with founders.
• Interest in venture capital fund management, with a desire to participate in carried interest on successful deals.
