Full job description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Creative Communications is a behavioral health clinic providing full-time, in-center and home-based Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with autism. CCABA primarily accepts clients ages 3-12 and who have an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis. CCAB is a small agency that strives to provide quality services.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (required) BCBA license from BCAB (Required) Licensure in Illinois 3 years of ABA experience Document and provide required supervision hours of staff and clients Ability to de-escalate clients and confidently direct staff in crisis situations to ensure staff and client safety Monitor data via Central Reach Essentials Track progress of clients and provide support to BT/RBTs as needed. Maintain clinic cleanliness & organization Maintain a clean and organized workspace Maintain excellent documentation of client interactions, staff interactions, etc. Provide corrective feedback to employees both verbally and written Substitute for absent staff when needed Conduct employee performance reviews Oversee 6-8 BTs Collaborate with other

doctors/therapists/specialists

for clients by attending necessary appointments and meetings Organize and maintain client records Work alongside our Clinical Director and provide any needed information in a timely manner Attend team and school meetings when necessary Lead parent trainings and team meetings 24 billable hours per week 10-99 or W2
