Join Haskell's dynamic Construction & Manufacturing Team as an Engineering Manager specializing in Packaging Integration. We are committed to fostering an environment that encourages innovation, growth, and development.

In this role, you will provide engineering expertise and guidance to Design Engineers, ensuring projects are technically sound, on schedule, and within budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing design standards
• Using knowledge and experience to solve packaging challenges
• Supervising costs, scheduling, and procurement
• Leading technical personnel and developing staff
• Maintaining project documentation
• Managing vendor negotiations and resource scheduling
• Overseeing installation and startup teams
• Understanding customer needs and developing proposals
• Monitoring project cash flow and change management

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in packaging, production, or automated manufacturing systems within relevant industries
• Experience leading large teams and delivering customer-focused projects

Physical and Environmental Factors:
