About the Role:
Fragomens Senior Business Immigration Analyst position offers an opportunity to make an immediate impact, with training, development, and long-term growth prospects. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop knowledge of the firm, immigration case types, and client processes.
- Perform case preparation and filing tasks, including document gathering, review, drafting, and submission to government agencies.
- Communicate with foreign nationals and clients, providing timely updates on case status and inquiries.
- Meet deadlines aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and report case progress and issues to supervisors.
- Compile and analyze data within case management systems for reporting purposes.
- Contribute to team and individual productivity goals.
- Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and adherence to firm standards and policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree, associates degree, paralegal certification, or relevant client service experience.
- Minimum of two years experience in business immigration (e.g., paralegal).
- Strong prioritization skills, ability to meet deadlines, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in proofreading and drafting.
- Experience with MS Word and Excel.
- Team-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate effectively.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role, considering various factors such as experience and location, is estimated at $63,000 to $72,000 annually for hybrid work arrangements. Compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
