Salary Range (US): $156,000 $216,000 base + equity + benefits

As a Lifecycle Marketing Lead , youll drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization . The role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and engineeringrequiring both technical know-how and strategic marketing experience. Youll own lifecycle campaigns end-to-end via CRM tools (notably Iterable ).

  • Own & optimize lifecycle programs across in-app and CRM (Iterable), with agency support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Eng, Data, Brand, Design) to develop and scale acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Build best practices for user engagement through notifications , email , product messaging , etc.
  • Partner with technical teams to advance CRM tooling , attribution , and marketing automation systems .

What They're Looking For

  • 8+ years in CRM, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing
  • Hands-on expertise in CRM platforms Iterable preferred
  • Track record of global campaign execution and CRM program success
  • Skilled at navigating cross-functional collaboration (with product, engineering, marketing, data)
  • Strong data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
