Position Objectives

1. Provide customers with the best selection, exceptional service, and well-organized stores to support our spiritual, social, and rehabilitation programs.
2. Meet store sales and income budgets while managing expenses to maximize profitability.
3. Create a positive environment for Beneficiaries through collaboration with program staff.
4. Implement effective Work Therapy Assignments to keep Beneficiaries on track.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience in retail, thrift experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Valid drivers license, pass MVR check, proof of insurance, access to a vehicle.
• Pass background check including Criminal and Sex Offender Registry.
• Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitive motion tasks.

Essential Duties

1. Manage store operations, sales, and expenses to meet financial goals.
2. Hire, train, and develop store staff; conduct evaluations and coaching.
3. Ensure customer and donor satisfaction and maintain community relations.
4. Oversee inventory, security, safety, and compliance with policies.
5. Support Beneficiaries in Work Therapy Assignments and store security.
