Backed by top-tier VCs, were entering our next phase of rapid growthand were hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to help lead the charge.
About The Role
As our first growth marketing leader, youll own the full demand enginefrom strategy to execution. Youll be responsible for building scalable, multi-channel campaigns that attract, convert, and retain new customers. This is a hands-on role where youll balance high-level planning with roll-up-your-sleeves execution.
What Youll Do

• Own and drive full-funnel marketing strategy across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product-led growth
• Build and manage acquisition campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, etc.
• Lead website, landing page, and funnel optimization (SEO, CRO, content strategy)
• Run rapid A/B tests to improve CAC, LTV, activation, and conversion rates
• Collaborate with product and sales on go-to-market campaigns and messaging
• Own analytics, attribution, and marketing performance dashboards
• Build the marketing stack and manage relationships with contractors or agencies
• Lay the foundation for building a high-performing team post-Series B
  

What Were Looking For

• 6+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or AI
• Proven track record of acquiring and activating customers through digital and PLG channels
• Expert-level understanding of paid media, SEO, and analytics
• Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, GA4, Webflow, Segment, etc.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
• Strategic thinker and executor with a bias for action
• Bonus: Experience marketing to SMBs or working in embedded fintech / B2B2C models
