Oral Surgeon Role Responsibilities: As a Full-Time Associate Oral Surgeon, you’ll join a well-established, multi-location oral and maxillofacial surgery practice with a strong referral base. You'll perform a full scope of procedures including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and IV sedation. With a 4.5-day workweek and full clinical support, this role offers the opportunity to build your surgical volume while enjoying mentorship and a clear path to equity partnership.

Minimum Qualifications: DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Eligible for licensure in the state of North Carolina Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first approach Experience with implant placement and dentoalveolar procedures preferred

Compensation & Benefits: Year 1 – Base + Production Incentive Guaranteed Base Salary: $350,000 37.5% of net collections above $1 million Year 2 and Beyond – Production-Based 37.5% of all net collections Additional Benefits Include: $25,000 sign-on bonus paid upon contract signing Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance Equity opportunity available Comprehensive benefits and continuing education support
