Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
to help drive outbound sales efforts for our clients. You’ll use phone, email, and LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers, uncover opportunities, and book meetings that generate revenue. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow their sales career in a high-energy, collaborative environment. What You’ll Do: Call and email business decision-makers to generate interest Book qualified sales appointments on behalf of clients Conduct market research Track activities and progress in CRM (Salesforce and other tools) Work on 4–5 accounts across various industries What We’re Looking For: Coachable, curious, and motivated to succeed Strong communication skills and phone presence Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-activity environment Prior sales experience a plus, but not required What You’ll Get: Base Salary:
$40,000–$50,000/year with many individuals progressing into other roles within 6-12 months Paid Training:
10 days of onboarding to set you up for success Career Growth:
Clear paths into leadership, account executive roles, or marketing Hybrid Flexibility:
Ability to earn two remote days after first 90 days Health Benefits:
