We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on the healthcare or dental industry. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with databases, proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake, and ETL processes, as well as advanced Excel capabilities. You will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing data, providing actionable insights, and supporting business decisions through data-driven reports.
Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize key metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support decision-making processes.
• Conduct ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various platforms into Snowflake and other databases.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Generate regular reports, including performance and operational analysis, and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Monitor and optimize data pipelines to improve efficiency and performance.
• Support business operations with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as needed.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards, particularly in the healthcare/dental sectors.
Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel (advanced), Power BI, and experience with Snowflake.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases (SQL).
• Good understanding of healthcare or dental industry data, including familiarity with medical/dental coding systems (e.g., Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
