Vision Centric is hiring: Data Analyst (Intermediate) (Boston, MA) in Boston

Vision Centric, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives and operational objectives. This role involves applying analytical methodologies to evaluate project goals, provide actionable insights, and contribute to the implementation of organizational strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Apply analytic principles and methodologies to address client needs and support strategic direction.
• Perform analyst functions including data collection, interviewing, data modeling, research, and survey support.
• Utilize tools for analysis, budgeting, cost control, statistical process control, and risk modeling.
• Collaborate closely with senior program staff and project team members to achieve objectives.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, including writing DAX formulas.
• Integrate SharePoint and Excel for real-time data analysis and reporting.
• Develop advanced Excel solutions, including Pivot tables, for data visualization and decision-making.
• Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint).

Technical Skills and Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors with 5-7 years experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Power BI dashboard creation and DAX formulas.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint integration with Excel for real-time data analysis.
• Familiarity with financial systems and budgeting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Must successfully complete and maintain a background suitability clearance prior to starting work.
