HR Business Analyst The HR Business Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing Dana's Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role is responsible for assisting HR team members by troubleshooting issues, facilitating end user training, developing reports, ensuring data integrity and identifying process improvements. Serve as global subject matter expert for the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and system security. • Project Support: Actively participate or lead HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations. • Training: Develop and maintain training materials and facilitate training both virtually and in person to ensure that users feel confident and are able to utilize the system effectively. • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience. • Compliance: Ensure the HRIS system and processes comply with all relevant regulations and standards. Requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in HRIS management, with a strong understanding of HR processes and systems. • Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Success Factors, Workday, Oracle, SAP) and data analysis tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
