BJC/Saint Luke's Neurosurgery Clinic in Lee's Summit, MO is hiring aRegistered Nurseto join Neurosurgery Team.

This role is accountable for the nursing process, supervising care staff, and coordinating care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes while adhering to all clinical policies.

Shift:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. No weekends or holidays.

Core Responsibilities by Setting Virtual Care: Remotely monitors patient vitals and trends using intelligent software. Partners with bedside staff to provide early detection of clinical changes and acts as a resource for the collaborative care team. Clinic: Provides professional care including telephone triage, patient flow coordination, IV insertion, and medication administration. Serves as a subject matter expert for education and documentation. Community Hospital: Manages patient stabilization, triage, and life support needs. Collects lab samples, performs testing per CLIA regulations, and assists with QAPI and accreditation standards. Population Health: Acts as a patient advocate, coordinating multi-disciplinary care plans and assessing psychosocial/socioeconomic needs. Job Requirements

Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
