About the Company
Our client is a leader in Renewables & Sustainable Infrastructure, developing gigawatt-scale campuses purpose-built for next-generation AI data centers. The company designs, builds, and orchestrates all power infrastructure across its campuses, including grid interconnections, behind-the-meter solar generation, and large-scale battery energy storage systems.
With more than 5+ gigawatts of capacity in various stages of development, their projects under construction today rank among the largest and most complex in the world. The organization operates at the intersection of hyperscale computing, advanced energy systems, and large-scale infrastructure development.
About the Position
The company is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of complex, multi-discipline infrastructure programs from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through energization and final turnover to Operations. This role will oversee EPC partners, manage multiple concurrent scopes of work, and ensure all safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
The Project Director will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large-scale projects, coordinating across Electrical, Civil, Water, and Mechanical disciplines. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Medium and High Voltage systems, including substations, and has successfully delivered hyperscale or mission-critical facilities.

Lead end-to-end project delivery from NTP through
energization and operational handoff. Oversee EPC contractors and ensure adherence to
contractual, safety, quality, schedule, and cost requirements. Manage a portfolio or program of concurrent large-scale
infrastructure projects. Coordinate and integrate Electrical, Civil, Mechanical,
and Water scopes across campus-level developments. Provide leadership on Medium and High Voltage
infrastructure, including substations and grid interconnections. Enforce contract performance, including KPIs,
liquidated damages (LDs), and long-term service agreements (LTSAs). Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory
requirements, and client SLAs. Collaborate closely with internal development,
engineering, operations, and executive teams. Identify project risks and implement mitigation
strategies across schedule, cost, and technical execution. Support commissioning, energization, and successful
turnover to Operations teams.

programs. Extensive hands-on experience in high hundreds of
megawatts electrical and electro-mechanical systems. Strong background in Medium and High Voltage electrical
construction, including substations. Experience with hyperscale data centers,
mission-critical facilities, semiconductor, or utility-scale power
projects. Proven ability to manage EPC partners, OEMs, and
complex vendor ecosystems. Hands-on experience with protection & controls,
EMS/SCADA, plant controllers, and power quality (PQ) troubleshooting (with
expert third-party support as needed). Strong understanding of SLAs for industrial or data
center customers. PMP certification preferred. Demonstrated success enforcing contract performance
requirements, including KPIs and LDs.
