Job Title: Housekeeper/Server

We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
As a Housekeeper/Server, you will play a dual role in ensuring that our establishment maintains a clean, welcoming environment while also providing outstanding food and beverage service to our guests. This position requires a flexible individual who can effectively manage housekeeping tasks and serve guests efficiently and courteously.
Housekeeping Duties
Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Assist in laundry services as required.
Serving Duties
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Deliver food and beverages to tables and ensure timely service.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or special occasions.
Qualifications
Previous experience in housekeeping or food service preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift, carry, and push items up to [insert weight] pounds as needed.
