Supervisor – FB Noodle Bar is a supervisory role in Bally’s Corporation located in Shreveport, LA. The position involves daily restaurant operations, team oversight, scheduling, reporting, and incentive program development. The supervisor must hold an ABO License and responsible vendor license. Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. Assist in supervising all team members in accordance with Bally’s policies and procedures. Maintain scheduling of team members in conjunction with business volumes and established guidelines set by the Culinary Department. Maintain accurate daily shift reports and communicate information to the Manager. Assist Manager with "team" atmosphere by developing/maintaining an incentive program to motivate and inspire team members. Assign appropriate side duties to all team members and follow up with those assignments to ensure their timely and total completion. Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to communicate business needs and special information so that team members are prepared to respond to business levels effectively. Preferred Education And Experience
High school diploma or GED; or one to three years of previous related experience in a food & beverage supervisory position in a hotel restaurant atmosphere preferred. Seniority level
