Job Summary As a Team Member, you’ll deliver great food with a smile, ensure quick and efficient service, and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant. No experience required – a comprehensive training program covers customer service, food preparation, equipment use, technology, brand standards, and Mitra QSR policies.
Responsibilites
Customer Experience – greet guests warmly, provide quick service, and serve food with a smile.
Food Safety – follow all safety protocols to protect customer health.
Food Preparation – prepare and cook food to brand standards (non‑minors).
Appearance – maintain a professional look, proper uniform, and grooming standards.
Teamwork – collaborate with teammates to create a positive, efficient environment.
Learning and Development – take direction, attend training, and apply new skills on the job.
Cleanliness and Maintenance – keep the front‑of‑house, kitchen, and equipment clean and organized.
Role Expectations
Work ethic – be dependable, punctual, and enthusiastic for each shift.
Team spirit – collaborate to make shifts enjoyable and successful.
Deliver great service – ensure guests have friendly service, clean spaces, and quality food.
Maintain standards – keep the restaurant and equipment clean and well maintained.
Ensure compliance – follow all laws, regulations, and Brand/Mitra policies.

Requirements
Minimum age 16 with a valid U.S. ID.
Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
