This position is an

Associate Field Technician

role that offers immersive training while traveling extensively to customer sites. The role requires over 80% overnight travel, including 30‑50% night shifts and significant overtime—including holidays, weekends, and short notice.

$3,000 SIGN‑ON BONUS

Responsibilities

Set up and operate specialized equipment for cleaning and passivation of vessels and piping.

Work safely with hazardous chemicals such as citric acid and caustics in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Handle chemical processes safely using PPE and following company protocols.

Load and unload equipment and chemicals for each project.

Drive company vehicles—including trucks, vans, and forklift—to customer job sites.

Perform physical work in diverse environments (indoors, outdoors, rooftops, etc.).

Maintain organized, clean workspaces in alignment with 5S/CEO standards.

Complete OSHA and company safety training and follow all safety procedures.

Travel extensively—80%+ by land or air (overnight travel required) including holidays, weekends, and short notice.

Must‑Haves

Valid Class “C” driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Real ID or passport for air travel required to start.

Medical DOT certificate.

Strong math skills (ratios, percentages).

Comfortable with mobile tech and basic programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Fluent in English with solid verbal and written skills.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in PPE across changing environments.

Willing and able to work night shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Bonus Skills (Preferred But Not Required)

High School Diploma or GED.

Technical experience or schooling (AA degree, trade certification).

OSHA, HAZWOPER, or confined space certifications.

Experience in hazardous chemical handling or field service.

Compensation: The pay for this position typically has a starting rate of $22, but the actual salary offer will consider your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
