Hollister Key Lead – Tanger Outlet Daytona. Join Abercrombie & Fitch Co. as floor supervisor coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver quality in‑store experience and drive sales. Responsibilities
Act as Floor Supervisor guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates. Maintain store operations and customer experience on the floor. Coach team to achieve daily sales and performance goals. Serve as part of store leadership team. Schedule & Availability
Part‑time, 12–16 hours per week. Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays. Peak hours increase for business needs. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (preferred). At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred). Strong customer focus, communication, interpersonal skills. Adaptability, multi‑tasking, fashion trend knowledge. Benefits
