Produce production for à‑la‑carte and banquet menus using standardized recipes.
Ensure proper setup and stocking of station‑based par sheets.
Read tickets clearly and produce consistent products in a high‑volume environment.
Perform any special production as directed by a supervisor.
Job Related Qualifications
Working knowledge of cooking techniques and procedures.
Understanding of proper food storage, temperature holding and sanitation.
High skill and technique in an à‑la‑minute line production environment.
