Pay and Compensation Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 + Commission Opportunity. Sign-on Bonus: UP TO $5000 based on experience and interview. Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Florida Home Air Conditioning. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Additional compensation may be offered based on experience and will be outlined in an offer letter addendum.

Qualifications
2 years of residential HVAC experience
EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
Must pass background and drug screening
Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment
