Our 2-Hour Learning approach combines AI-adaptive platforms with skilled teaching to accelerate reading progress. Your role: create and facilitate workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support us in expanding that model to campuses nationwide.

What You Will Be Doing

Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities

Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks

Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable patterns

Partnering with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes

Building scalable, AI-enhanced materials that enable early elementary students to reach grade-level reading proficiency

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)

Minimum of 2 years of experience facilitating small‑group reading interventions with early elementary students

Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑written curricula

Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student engagement within them

Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship

Prepared to work on‑site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

Working with us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
