SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)
Position at Bon Appétit Management Company.
Location:
Cleveland Museum of Art, 11150 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106. Online applications only.
Schedule:
Rotating full‑time and part‑time shifts – day, evening, weekend. Details to be discussed during interview.
Pay:
$23.00–$25.00 per hour.
Referral Bonus:
Internal employee referral bonus available.
Preferred:
Previous fine dining and catering experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
Act as a mentor and develop employees, encouraging them to set goals and strive for advancement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
