Duties & Responsibilities
Assist CNC Machinists and shop staff with daily tasks, including machine preparation, part handling, and basic shop support.
Learn to operate and monitor CNC machines under supervision.
Perform basic shop math and measurement activities (will be trained).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Handle materials, move parts, and prepare tools and equipment as directed.
Support quality control by learning to use gauges, calipers, and micrometers (training provided).
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Participate in on‑the‑job training to build skills in machining, maintenance, and shop operations.
Requirements
Must be hard working and dependable, someone who wants to learn and apply new skills, will be trained in various areas of our shop.
Must be willing to work overtime during busy periods, including weekends.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Promotability in this role is excellent!
